If you want to use Gridinsoft Anti-Malware on a company-issued computer you should buy a separate license.

I purchased and activated the license, but the program asks me to buy another key

Unfortunately, many factors of the settings of your PC can affect the fact that successful activation information will disappear from the program. Do not rush to delete the program or buy a new key, first you need to take the simple steps to restore the activation and full functionality of the program. Temporarily disable other anti-virus programs and firewalls, and activate the program using your current activation key.

I paid for the license, but I did not receive the key.

There are cases when after the payment of the program, the user does not immediately receive the key or does not receive it at all. It is important to remember that payment can be in the payment system processing from 30 minutes to 24 hours. But once the payment is processed a letter with the activation code will be immediately sent to your e-mail. If you did not receive the email, check the SPAM folder of your mailbox, often letters from the payment system get there by mistake.

If after the payment of the product the specified time passed and the letter never came (in the SPAM folder it also does not exist) – contact our Support Team.

How to install Anti-Malware?

Run the installer: Click the “Run” button when the file download box appears.
When the download completes your browser may show a security warning. Confirm the installation and click the “Run” button again.
Click “Next” and click the “I accept the agreement” option to accept its terms and click “Next” again.
Choose the location and click “Next” to continue. 5. Finally finish the installation and scan your computer.

How to uninstall GridinSoft Anti-Malware?

Go to the “Start” menu or the Windows logo in the bottom left-hand corner of the Task Bar and click on “Control Panel”. Locate the “Add/Remove Programs”. Scroll down until you see Gridinsoft Anti-Malware and click “Uninstall”.

How do I get to the Member Area?

If this is your first visit to the Member Area, please follow these steps to activate access to it:

For the first access to the Member Area, go to https://my.gridinsoft.com
Click the link Password Recovery
Enter the email used during the purchase of Gridinsoft Anti-Malware, click Send Password Reset Link
Follow the link from the letter that you will receive on your e-mail address
Set Password.

If it’s not the first time you are entering into the Member Area, go to https://my.gridinsoft.com and enter your login and password to enter.

Now you have activated access to your Member Area, where you can manage your products and see detailed information about them.

How do I configure the program to start automatically on a system startup?

For comprehensive and effective protection of your computer, we recommend to run the program every time you turn on the system and keep all the protection elements turned on. The program will always run automatically if you have at least one of the listed program settings turned on:

Settings tab -> General -> Startup -> System startup scan
Protect tab -> Internet Security
Protect tab -> On-Run protection
Protect tab -> Removable Device

Why I can’t enable the Internet Security option on my Windows XP

Unfortunately this function is not available for Windows XP users since the net filter driver works only on Windows 7 OS or higher.
